How can I record a voice message in Gmail?

Once you've installed the extension, a new microphone button will appear right next to the send button in Gmail. Just click on it!

How can I remove/edit the signature?

We add a signature at the bottom of every email sent using Vocal. It's something like "This message was sent using Vocal". You can edit the message by subscribing to our pro plan and add your own signature or remove it completely.

Can I add a custom image (instead of the default Vocal logo)?

Yes! You can do so simply by clicking on the icon after you recorded a message, or by visiting our app's settings page. Keep in mind that a Pro subscription is required for this.

Why are audio messages limited to 60 seconds?

On our free plan, we limit the recording time of messages to 60 seconds. You can upgrade to our Pro plan to send longer voice messages.

Can I use Vocal in Outlook?

Yes, you can install our Outlook Add-in here. Here is a tutorial on how to use it.
